Logistics and hand-over
Merch is delivered to the venue in the build-up window, or to a hotel or local office. The exact hand-over window and named recipient are finalised against the current exhibitor manual as the event approaches. The venue must not be treated as an unlimited parcel address without prior agreement.

When should I place the order?
A six-to-eight-week window gives the safest range of product and decoration options. Shorter timelines are only viable when stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed in writing.
Can the order ship directly to the venue?
Only after the organiser or host confirms the build-up window, the courier route and the named recipient. Many teams still prefer a hotel or local office delivery to avoid the last-mile risk on a congested show floor.
Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of the venue?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent external supplier that helps participating companies prepare their own merchandise. We do not run, operate or represent the venue.
