When should I place the order?
A six-to-eight-week window gives the safest range of product and decoration options. Shorter timelines are only viable when stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed in writing.
Can the order ship directly to the venue?
Only after the organiser or host confirms the build-up window, the courier route and the named recipient. Many teams still prefer a hotel or local office delivery to avoid the last-mile risk on a congested show floor.
