Recommended event merch mix

Booth staff apparel

Branded T-shirts, polos and lightweight layers, sized for the host, registration and meeting roles across the full event.

High-volume giveaways

Lanyards, canvas totes, notebooks, pens and reusable bottles, optimised for fast hand-out at the stand.

Lead-capture gifts

Power banks, charging cables and desk accessories, reserved for qualified partner meetings.

VIP and speaker kits

Premium notebooks, drinkware and compact gift boxes, tiered by recipient, named-delivery to top partners.

Production and on-site logistics

Before production starts, confirm the artwork, quantities, packaging and named recipient. Exact hall, booth number and on-site hand-over window are finalised against the current exhibitor manual as the event approaches; the venue must not be treated as an unlimited parcel address without prior agreement.

For a Budapest event there are typically two logistics routes: full EU production with consolidated delivery to the venue in the official build-up window, or Hungarian/EU production with delivery to a Budapest hotel or your local office. We help you choose the route that matches your timeline, customs profile and budget.

Planning timeline

  1. 6–8 weeks before: finalise the product list, quantities and decoration methods.
  2. 4–5 weeks before: approve the physical or in-production sample.
  3. 2–3 weeks before: production, QC and recipient labelling close.
  4. Final week: re-confirm venue, hand-over window, recipient and on-site contact.

Common questions

When should I place the order?

A six-to-eight-week window gives the safest range of product and decoration options. Shorter timelines are only viable when stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed in writing.

Can the order ship directly to the venue?

Only after the organiser confirms the build-up window, the courier route and the named recipient. Many teams still prefer a hotel or local office delivery to avoid customs handling and the last-mile risk on a congested show floor.

Can the order be split by audience?

Yes. Booth-staff apparel, general giveaways, qualified lead gifts and VIP packs can be packed and labelled separately, with different delivery addresses when the team needs to split between the venue and a Budapest office.

Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of the event?

No. Corp-Merch is an independent external supplier that helps participating companies prepare their own merchandise. We do not organise, sponsor or represent the event.
